INI Movement was founded by artists, for artists. From our own experiences as creators, we know how important it is to have an environment where creativity, entrepreneurship, and community come together. What started as a collective of musicians, producers, and DJs has grown into a label and creative hub that supports artists at every stage of their development.

The core team consists of:

• Misha van der Winkel (Shamis) – artist, producer, and artistic director

• Job André de la Porte (Jo Bissa) – co-founder, producer, graphic designer, and all-round creative mind

• Lucas van Ee (Rebiere) – producer, multi-instrumentalist, and event manager

• Christinna Hanna – label manager and organizational backbone

  Together they connect artistic vision with practical execution.

To keep the organization strong and transparent, INI Movement works with a Supervisory Board consisting of:

• Dirk Zandvliet – bandleader of Gallowstreet and active at Stichting ACCU

• Conchitta Bottse – programmer at ADE Beats and Stichting Spraakuhloos

• Nynke Nauta – director at Rami Yokota

With their knowledge and expertise, they provide guidance, accountability, and direction, ensuring that INI Movement continues to grow as a home for music and makers.
