INI Movement presents: Estafête

On Saturday, August 16, INI Movement brings a fresh edition of Estafête to the iconic Rode Hoed in Amsterdam. Created by INI Movement, Estafête is a dynamic club night where DJ sets and live improvisation blend into one continuous musical conversation.

 The concept is simple but powerful: the DJ begins, the band takes over, the DJ responds — an ever-evolving relay of rhythm and energy. This edition features Amsterdam-based duo Makèz, known for their warm, soulful electronic sound, alongside Shamis, an eclectic performer who approaches the turntables as a true instrument. His background as a producer and live performer with hip-hop acts and bands allows him to craft sets that are rhythmic, spontaneous, and deeply musical.

 Joined by members of Radiohop and LIKEMINDS, this night promises deep grooves, raw synergy, and a packed dancefloor from start to finish.
